Tropical Depression Nine forms in Caribbean; could directly effect the U.S. and the Florida Panhandle

Tropical Depression Nine formed Thursday in the Caribbean and it could bring dangerous storm surge, wind, and heavy rain to parts of Mexico and the U.S. Gulf Coast, including the Florida Panhandle, forecasters said.
