‘Chill out!’ Disruptive passenger gets taped to his seat on a flight to Miami

An unruly 22-year-old Frontier Airlines passenger was taped to his seat Saturday after he inappropriately touched a flight attendant and yelled that his family is worth millions on a flight from Philadelphia to Miami.
