Florida won first in fight with CDC over cruise restrictions. Federal appeals court will weigh in next

Round one went to the state of Florida in the fight to get cruise ships sailing again. Now, the U.S. Justice Department has appealed the ruling that prevents the CDC from restricting the trips because of COVID-19.
