MAP: Here’s the latest forecast track of Tropical Storm Elsa

Tropical Storm Elsa is forecast to pass just west of the Florida Keys during the day Tuesday on a track for a potential landfall somewhere between Tampa and the Florida Panhandle, according to the National Hurricane Center.
