‘It was me by mistake:’ Woman was playing with loaded gun when teen was shot from feet away

The woman charged in the death of her fiance’s son was pointing a loaded gun and laughing moments before it went off and killed the 15-year-old boy, an arrest warrant released Wednesday says.
