Tropical storm watches in effect as Bonnie’s formation still imminent, forecasters say; two other systems being monitored

Nearly one month into hurricane season, forecasters are monitoring three storm systems in the Atlantic — one of which is forecast to become Tropical Storm Bonnie as the fast-moving system makes it way across the southern Caribbean Sea.
