Fort Lauderdale hotels offering COVID vaccines — and perks — hoping to lure visitors

In a move to lure travelers and promote safety among workers, five oceanfront hotels are holding pop-up COVID vaccination clinics this week. So far, employees are taking advantage of incentives, but the clinics aren't luring more guests.
