Ex-Rep. Corrine Brown, fresh off tax fraud plea deal, is running for Demings’ seat in Congress

Corrine Brown, who recently pleaded guilty to tax fraud, unexpectedly announced Thursday she is running again for Congress, joining a hotly contested race to succeed U.S. Rep. Val Demings as she runs for U.S. Senate.
