March for Our Lives takes on gun violence: ‘It happens everywhere and all the time. ... Because you, Congress, have done nothing to prevent it!’

Tears flowed and anger erupted in Parkland, Washington, D.C., and hundreds of communities across the country March for Our Lives took on the continued carnage from mass shootings and pleaded with elected officials to act. “We are the survivors of gun violence — from Columbine, Sandy Hook, Buffalo, Uvalde, Oxford, Michigan, Parkland, Florida, D.C., Chicago, and everywhere across this country."
