Guidance counselor loses license for fraud case, but school district still renewed contract

Dorothy Delima-Copeland was indicted on fraud charges related to Obamacare, but pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor. Her teaching license had been suspended, but the school district renewed her contract anyway.
