Potential tropical storm likely to form and bring heavy rains to South Florida, hurricane center says

Heavy rainfall this weekend in South Florida is the biggest threat from a potential tropical storm. The remnants of Hurricane Agatha have an 80% chance of forming into a tropical depression or Tropical Storm Alex in the next two days, the NHC said Thursday.
