Two people who deputies said were gunned down outside of a North Lauderdale apartment complex Wednesday morning have been identified by a relative as Jennifer Bellony and her 15-year-old daughter. The man identified as the suspect, Andre Anglin, is Jennifer Bellony’s ex-husband and father to the 15-year-old girl and two younger boys, said Balanda Bellony, Jennifer Bellony’s aunt.
