Parkland man gets 15-year sentence in health-care fraud conspiracies

A Parkland man was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for bilking the government and insurance companies out of millions of dollars by ordering knee, back and wrist braces for patients who didn’t need them and billing Medicare.
