Freeze, wind-chill warnings issued for Broward, Palm Beach counties but that might not keep South Floridians indoors Sunday

South Florida will be under freeze and wind chill warnings Saturday night and Sunday morning. Temperatures are expected to plunge into the 30s with wind chills as low as 20 degrees possible.
