He told police he shot his ex-landlord. A Coral Springs real estate agent was killed instead

On Dec. 23, Sara Trost sat inside of her white Jeep Wrangler in front of a home in Coral Springs, waiting to meet with a potential buyer, court records say. But she was shot and killed as she sat in the car, an apparent victim of mistaken identity, police say.
