Suspects in hit-and-run that killed I-95 construction worker were visiting from Colombia, attorney says

A man and woman accused of a hit-and-run crash that killed a construction worker on I-95 are visiting from Colombia, their public defender said in their bond hearing in Broward District Court Friday.
