System expected to move near U.S. Gulf Coast and cross over Florida

A low-pressure system is forecast to approach U.S. Gulf Coast from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle Wednesday into Thursday, potentially bringing more rain and flooding in areas still recovering from the deluge of Hurricane Ida.
